Your server, your participants, your rules. KOYA is licensed software for installation on your own computer or server.
What you receive
Server software, the Android app, instructions and a licence for your installation. Contents, price, term, device quota and simultaneous calls are agreed before payment. Hardware and connectivity are separate unless expressly included.
How to buy
Tell us who will use the system and how many devices you expect. We agree the package and send the order terms. After payment you receive the software and instructions; an NPD receipt is supplied where that tax regime applies.
How to activate
Install the server and send its activation request file with your order number. We issue a licence file for that installation. Connect the main phone and invite participants. Activation does not require your passwords, private keys or conversations.
Licence limits
Your order specifies approved devices and simultaneous one-to-one calls. These are licence terms; performance also depends on hardware and connectivity. Public demo limits do not automatically apply to purchased packages.
Updates and support
Update entitlement and support services are agreed separately from the software usage term. Round-the-clock support and availability of your hardware are not implied. Delivery complaints remain available independently of optional services.
Changing computers
Contact us with your order number to transfer the licence. Transfer terms are agreed in advance. Data restoration is separate: keep a backup before replacing hardware.
Data under your control
Normal operation of a buyer installation does not require us to access your server or conversations. Orders, activation and support enquiries are separate processes. Remote assistance requires a separate agreement.
Documents and buyer rights
Personal-use delivery has licence terms and an order; an organisation receives a licence agreement, specification and delivery record. Support services have separate terms. Applicable mandatory buyer rights remain unaffected.
Demo on this website
Downloads here are demonstration products for evaluation and testing. The public demo is not your private server and is not intended for mass use. Commercial packages and terms are agreed separately.
